Ayurveda is a living medicine that, due to its conception and methodology, is integrated with modern medicine, complementing its valuable contributions and solutions, its principles are universally applicable to the daily existence of each individual, since Ayurveda presents the individual as the interaction of the soul, the mind, the senses and the body, with the totality of nature and the cosmos.

Ayurveda accepts and promotes observation and scientific research, which has allowed to corroborate many of its postulates and recommendations, since it integrates with modern medicine, complementing its valuable contributions and solutions, it includes issues that are not usually addressed by medicine allopathic, such as systematically taking into account diet and lifestyle, based on psychophysical biotypes.

Ayurvedic medicine was originally an oral tradition, taught and passed directly from the teacher to the apprentice, who learned and worked alongside him, making this a teaching that will be passed down from generation to generation.
